|
CRUDE palm oil (CPO) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed sharply lower today, extending their downtrend amid falling commodity prices due to concerns of a slowdown in global economy.
At close today, the benchmark October delivery contract decreased RM108 to settle at RM2,671/MT. In the physical market, August South was lower at RM2,720/MT compared to RM2,800/MT last Friday.
